  They Lied about who they were being financially backed by and to this day they are still lying about who they are financially backed by. my fiance went and got her taxes done and was told that it would take $320 and that it would be 2 months and she would be getting it directly from the IRS to her house. Come to find out long story short the Financial Group EPS Financial who takes everybody's checks that he processes from them that they said they were not working with him anymore and so the taxes get sent back to the IRS which delays you getting a tax check for about five months. He is still saying that he is back by EPS financial and is selling a product which is him doing your taxes and it's really a sham the IRS should look into him and shut him down for stealing people's money along with lying to them. He said he's been in business for 17 years and this is the first year that he's ever had a problem you would think that after 17 years that you wouldn't have a problem that consists of thousands of people waiting for their taxes to me this is considered tax fraud and I would not recommend this place for anybody
